I will role-play the tough hiring manager, ask you the hard questions, and coach you on your answers in real-time until you sound confident and executive. Salary Negotiation War Room: Got an offer? Don't leave money on the table. We will script your counter-offer, role-play the conversation, and strategize how to maximize your Total Compensation (Equity, Bonus, PTO). The "Stuck" Audit: applied to 100 jobs with zero results? We will tear down your entire approach—from resume to outreach—and build a new go-to-market plan for your candidacy. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations & Rescheduling: I respect your time, and I ask that you respect mine. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours in advance with no penalty. Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable. Late Arrivals: If you are more than 10 minutes late to the Google Meet link, the session will be considered a "No Show" and is non-refundable. Why this policy? I limit the number of clients I take each month to ensure I can give deep strategic focus to every session. A last-minute cancellation prevents another professional from getting that support.
