Privacy Policy

Julia Levy Consulting and Advisory ("Hi2Hired," "we," "us") operates hi2hired.com and the Your Network Read service ("the Service"). This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices. By using the Service you agree to this policy.

1. Who we are and how to reach us

2. What we collect

Information you give us:

Identity and contact: your name and email, whether you enter them in the free network-health check or at checkout.
Your LinkedIn data export: the file you upload. It contains information about you and about your connections — names, titles, companies, connection dates, and message metadata such as counts and dates. You provide this file yourself from your own LinkedIn account.
Your goals: the target roles, accounts, or space you tell us about during intake, so the report can be scored against your goal.
Payment information: processed by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not receive or store your full card number.

Information collected automatically:

Basic usage and device data, and cookies or pixels for analytics and advertising measurement ([GA4], [Meta pixel], [LinkedIn pixel]). See §8.

3. Data about your connections (third-party data)

Your LinkedIn export contains personal data about other people in your network. You provide it, and you confirm that you are permitted to do so under LinkedIn's terms and applicable law. We process this data solely to generate your report and your Contact Plan, both of which are delivered only to you. We do not use your connections' data to contact them, and we do not sell or share it.

4. How we use your information

To generate, deliver, and support your report and Contact Plan.
To process your payment and provide customer support.
To send you the occasional email (tips, product updates) when you have opted in; you can unsubscribe at any time.
To measure and improve the Service and our marketing.
To comply with law and enforce our Terms.

5. AI processing

Your report is generated using a third-party artificial-intelligence service (see our Use of AI Statement). To create your report, the relevant contents of your upload and intake are sent to that provider for processing. We work only with providers that do not use your data to train their models for others, and we share only what is needed to generate your report.

6. How long we keep it and what we delete

Your uploaded LinkedIn export file is deleted after your report is generated. It is not retained beyond what is needed to produce your report. [Confirm this matches your actual pipeline.]
Your generated report and Contact Plan are made available to you at a private link for [period, e.g. 90 days], after which [they are deleted / access expires]. [Confirm.]
Your name, email, and marketing preferences are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
Transaction records are kept as long as required for accounting, tax, and legal purposes.

7. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share limited data only with service providers who help us run the Service, under contract and only for that purpose:

Stripe for payment processing.
Railway running the application.
Wix and Gmail for delivering emails you opted into.
Anthropic generating your report. We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights and users' safety.

8. Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies for site functionality, analytics, and advertising measurement. You can control cookies through your browser. [If you serve California or other regulated users, add a "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" mechanism and honor Global Privacy Control signals.]

9. Your rights and choices

You may request to access, correct, or delete your personal information, and you may opt out of marketing emails at any time. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of "sharing" for cross-context advertising, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. To make a request, email julia@hi2hired.com. We will verify your identity before acting.

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your information, and handling is US-based. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Children

The Service is for adults (18+) and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

12. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
